The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Generative AI Engineer to join our expanding AI team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art AI and GenAI solutions for some of the most influential companies in the country, including leaders in the IBEX 35.
You will collaborate closely with global hyperscalers and work hand in hand with elite experts in AI innovation.

Who You Are
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI solutions, including work with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of the AI model lifecycle: from data preparation and fine-tuning to monitoring and retraining.
- Hands-on experience with leading LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and Meta LLaMA, including prompt engineering, API integration, and/or model customization.
- Proficiency with modern AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and tooling to support production-ready deployments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related disciplines is highly valued.
- Strong academic foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP); knowledge of Vertex AI is a plus.
