The successful candidate will drive the successful deployment and scaling of these critical initiatives across Operations teams, Product, Technology, and the broader Enterprise functions.

This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record of translating complex AI strategies into tangible operational improvements, ensuring disciplined execution, and delivering measurable value. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure these initiatives align with overarching organizational standards, strategic objectives, and enhance existing technology landscapes.
  • Drive Adoption & Value Realization: Develop and execute comprehensive change management and adoption strategies for new IKM capabilities and chatbot functionalities. Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meticulously measure and communicate the operational value, efficiency gains, and risk reduction achieved through the program.
  • Architectural & Technical Guidance: Partner closely with Technology and Enterprise AI teams to define scalable, secure architectures for IKM and chatbot integrations. Provide expert guidance on optimal deployment, leveraging existing and new underlying tech stacks.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate complex operational, technical, and cross-functional risks and dependencies. Develop strategies to ensure smooth program progression and address potential roadblocks across all IKM workstreams.
  • Governance & Executive Reporting: Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks for IKM, including content lifecycle management, data quality standards, compliance, and benefit attribution. Provide clear, concise executive-level reporting on program status, progress, and realized business impact to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Administration, AI/Data Science, or a related field highly preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in large-scale program management, strategic technology implementation, or operational leadership within a complex financial services or global operational environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading AI/chatbot initiatives or enterprise-level knowledge management programs, with a strong understanding of their operational application, challenges, and benefits.
  • Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional projects, influence senior stakeholders across diverse organizations, and consistently deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, data governance principles, and advanced knowledge management methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, executive communication, negotiation, and change management skills, with the ability to articulate vision, motivate teams, and drive consensus.
