We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to join our AI&Automation team.
Your main tasks will be:
- Use-case discovery & validation - workshops/interviews, root-cause analysis; impact/effort/risk scoring to rank ideas.
- Rapid prototyping - clickable demos and thin POCs (Python/SQL, APIs, LLM tools, low-code)
- ROI modeling - quick calculators for revenue uplift / OPEX savings, sensitivity/risk analysis, payback.
- Technical decomposition - convert business briefs into crisp tech specs (data, integrations, non-functional, success metrics).
- Operational partner to Head of AI Programs - status rituals, early vendor coordination, lightweight documentation, portfolio sync.
We expect from you:
- Experience with use-case discovery & value engineering
- Experience with rapid prototyping for PoC/POV
- Experience with LLM-powered solutioning
- Tech brief -> delivery-ready spec
- Commercial & portfolio math
- Fluent Russian
- Knowledge Python + SQL prototyping would be considered as advantage
- Experience with BI dashboards will be considered as advantage
