About The Job

We’re growing fast and looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to transform the way we work internally. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and optimize automation workflows, integrations, and AI-powered tools that make our operations faster, smarter, and more reliable.

You’ll thrive if you enjoy solving complex problems, connecting systems, and creating solutions that scale across teams and processes.

What you will do:

  • Automation & Integrations: Build, optimize, and maintain workflows with n8n and Make.com, integrating HubSpot, WordPress, Power BI, Jibble, and PostgreSQL.
  • HubSpot Workflows: Manage workflows, maintain properties, ensure data hygiene, handle automated triggers, and connect HubSpot with internal and external tools via APIs or automation platforms.
  • Data Work & Analytics: Query PostgreSQL via DBeaver, build/manage pipelines in Microsoft Azure & Fabric, and use Power BI for data transformation, reporting, and visualizations.
  • Web & Scripting: Maintain and customize WordPress, handle front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) and back-end (PHP) adjustments, and build Python microservices (FastAPI, automation, data processing).
  • AI Integrations: Build intelligent tools and microservices with OpenAI/LLM APIs, implementing AI automations like summarization, classification, and internal assistants.

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong Python skills for automation, APIs, and data handling.
  • Experience with n8n/Make.com or the ability to learn new automation tools quickly.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot workflows, Power BI, and Azure/Fabric.
  • Solid SQL skills (DBeaver) and front/back-end WordPress knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, ACF, hooks).
  • Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, FastAPI/Flask, or CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) is a plus.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communicator, highly organized, and experienced collaborating in remote teams.
