AI Architect

Location: Europe

We are seeking a talented AI Architect to join our dynamic sales team, playing a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our security for AI solutions. As an AI Architect, you will collaborate closely with our technical sales and product delivery team and engage with technical resources on our prospect and customer teams to understand their unique security challenges to define tailored solutions that address their specific needs. Leveraging your deep technical expertise in MLOps and data science and strong communication skills, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external clients, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring the successful deployment of our security for AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design: Architect AI security solutions based on client needs, leveraging your expertise in AI, ML, AIOps and MLOps to develop comprehensive and effective security strategies.
  2. Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our AI security solutions.
  3. Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Lead the development and execution of proof of concept (PoC) projects, working closely with clients to validate the effectiveness of our solutions in real-world scenarios.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to align client requirements with product capabilities and roadmap.
  5. Solution Documentation: Document solution designs, configurations, and best practices, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation for internal reference and client handover.
  6. Client Support: Provide technical support to clients throughout the sales process and post-deployment, addressing any technical inquiries or concerns and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing support and maintenance.
  7. Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the AI security space, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role. 
  • Experience in MLOps, ML Engineering or Data Science
  • Deep understanding of AIOps and MLOps technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, ecosystem of tools, integrations and leveraging APIs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and design complex technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are advantageous.
