What You’ll Be Doing:

In the role of Agency Account Manager, you’ll be the key driver in building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing agency partners. You’ll take the lead in booking, managing, and evaluating advertising campaigns, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients are consistently satisfied. Working closely with your team, you'll collaborate on developing innovative multimedia proposals that are perfectly tailored to your clients’ needs.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed revenue targets, which you’ll achieve through careful planning and execution. You’ll be networking and entertaining clients, strengthening professional connections and ensuring your agency partners feel valued. Keeping a finger on the pulse of the Irish advertising sector, you’ll stay updated on industry trends to inform your work and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

To thrive in this role, you'll need strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships at all levels. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle deadlines without compromising on quality.

A proven track record in client relationship management and retention will serve you well, as will your ability to think strategically and solve problems. You’ll also bring strong presentation and negotiation skills to the table, enabling you to craft and present compelling proposals that win clients over.

Being results-oriented and focused on driving business growth for both your clients and the agency is key. With CRM software experience and a solid understanding of the advertising, marketing, and media landscape, you’ll be ready to make an immediate impact in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.
