Company Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Agency Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with both new and existing agency partners. You will be responsible for booking, managing, and evaluating advertising campaigns while collaborating closely with our team to develop innovative multimedia proposals for clients.

This is a hybrid role home and hub based in our Dublin hub.

Job Description

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with agency partners to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Campaign Management: Book, manage, and evaluate all advertising campaigns to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Innovative Proposals: Work alongside your team to create compelling multimedia proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Revenue Targets: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Client Networking: Actively network and entertain agency clients to strengthen professional connections.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends within the Irish advertising sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of client relationship management and retention
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the advertising, marketing, and media landscape
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving business growth for clients and the agency
