We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in Finance and Process Automation. This role will drive the finance team’s digital transformation by identifying and delivering RPA solutions (preferably with UiPath) that optimize financial processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate combines financial domain knowledge with strong analytical and technical skills, bridging finance and technology to implement impactful automation initiatives in an agile environment.

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and automation requirements related to financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Lead the identification, design, and delivery of Robotic Process Automations (RPAs) ,preferably using UiPath.
• Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis to identify automation opportunities, evaluate feasibility, and define end-to-end process documentation including PDDs and SDDs.
• Partner with RPA developers and finance teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical design, managing testing, exception handling, and go-live readiness.
• Develop and maintain process maps, business documentation, and automation tracking artifacts to support governance and continuous improvement.
• Work within agile delivery frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and iterative delivery of automation projects.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting findings, progress updates, and automation recommendations effectively.
• Support change management and training for finance users adopting new automated workflows and tools.
• Monitor and evaluate automation performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, scalability, and value realization (ROI).

• Business & Technical Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge business and technical perspectives. Ability to elicit, define, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for RPA developers.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with Finance, Technology, and RPA teams. Skilled at presenting findings, progress updates, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Hands-on experience or strong understanding of RPA tools, preferably UiPath. Skilled in documenting and delivering automation projects, including PDDs, SDDs, exception handling, and testing. Ability to assess ROI, feasibility, and prioritize processes for automation.
• Finance Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, accounting, and demand planning. Capable of reading, interpreting, and explaining financial reports and data to support informed decision-making. Experience engaging directly with finance stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Process Analysis & Documentation: Proven ability to conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping, identify inefficiencies, and translate business pain points into clear automation requirements. Strong documentation skills to create structured, traceable process and automation artifacts.
• ERP / Financial Systems Exposure: Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, SD) or similar ERP systems. Ability to understand transaction flows, data structures, and integration points, and to design automation logic around financial processes.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working within agile delivery frameworks, managing automation projects through sprints, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery. Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional agile teams.
• Independent Operator: Self-starter capable of leading discovery, documentation, and delivery phases independently, ensuring successful end-to-end execution of automation initiatives.
