Our Legal Consultants from the Brussels ACT team make an important contribution to projects and transactions. They are keen to contribute in operating at the forefront of this practice area and assist on all types of competition cases around the world, many of which are cross-border or global.
Depending on the level of their skills, our legal consultants support our partners and associates on the complete range of competition, antitrust, regulatory, and trade issues and our substantial litigation practice, regularly appearing in the European and national courts on EU law, antitrust/competition and trade cases.

Your profile
- You have top-class academic qualifications, preferably including an LL.M. degree.
- You have prior experience or a strong interest in competition and trade law.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills and are fluent in English; Fluency in French is an asset.
- You are a team player, motivated, and solution-oriented.
- You are capable of handling a high degree of responsibility and managing a challenging workload.
- You are proactive and committed to providing excellent service to our clients.
- Relocating to Brussels is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting partners and associates on a range of ongoing competition law and commercial issues.
- Drafting/negotiating transaction or other contract documents.
- Drafting submissions to competition authorities and courts.
