- Lead and develop a team responsible for critical accounting and financial operations activities.

- Lead day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely completion of team deliverables.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing activities.
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Support cost accounting activities, including cost allocation, analysis, and variance reporting.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting to support business performance management.
- Resolve operational issues by applying established processes and selecting appropriate solutions within area of expertise.
- Set priorities, provide guidance to team members, and ensure work is completed to agreed standards and timelines.

- Experience in accounting operations, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related financial disciplines.
- Practical knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, budgeting processes, and cost accounting methodologies.
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines while managing multiple priorities and operational deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate alternatives and implement effective solutions.
- Experience leading or supervising employees, including workload planning, prioritisation, and performance support.
- Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
