The Account Manager at FARO will be responsible for exact recording of customer requirements, generating sales, identifying new sales opportunities, managing current customer base, and providing distributor support. This position requires technical insight in construction, surveying, and architecture, several years of sales experience, excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, innovativeness, and experience with 3D Scan software and Autodesk products.

We are seeking a Account Manager (m/w/d), located in the Netherlands.

How you will make a difference @ FARO

  • Exact recording of customer requirements and workflows, including evaluation of existing CAD software solutions and their compatibility with laser scanning data
  • Generating sales through product demonstrations at customer locations
  • Identification of additional possible sales opportunities beyond the traditional ones
  • Generating new leads and managing current customer base to ensure that you achieve your sales goals set by FARO
  • Distributor support, management and development

This position requires

  • Technical insight and experience in the field of construction, surveying and/or architecture
  • Several years of experience in sales and negotiating with customers on site
  • Excellent communication skills in the Dutch and English language
  • Innovativeness and creativity to develop new sales opportunities
  • Flexibility, commitment and proactive action in a constantly evolving company
  • Experience with 3D Scan software and/or Autodesk products
