Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager for Poland.
You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities within the Polish Ministry of National Defense (MON), the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), and various internal security agencies, ensuring our RFeye ecosystem is the standard for Polish signals intelligence and border security.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Poland and the wider Eastern European region.
Complex Solution Selling: Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for high-value, technical RF monitoring and geolocation systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers in government, military, and commercial sectors.
Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and account plans using the company's CRM.
Basic Requirements
Expected Qualifications:
Experience: 5–10+ years of proven B2B enterprise or government sales experience, specifically within Defense, Aerospace, Telecommunications, or Electronic Warfare (EW) / Signal Intelligence (SIGINT).
Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of RF technology, spectrum management, or related technical fields is highly preferred.
Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Polish public sector, defense procurement processes, and regional market dynamics.
Languages: Native-level fluency in Polish and professional business fluency in English.
