About the Graduate Roles 

You will start your career with WPP Media Ireland initially within our Activation team.

This role offers a robust, dedicated training program engineered to catapult your media knowledge and skills across all mediums. We’ll provide the roadmap for your internal progression, empowering you to define your ideal next step within the company that is tailored to your aspirations and strengths.

You will be joining an enthusiastic team, and the friendly but professional environment across the company offers an amazing opportunity to develop and build a career in digital media.

What you will be doing:

  • Liaising closely with internal teams to understand client business and deliver against objectives. 
  • Buying campaigns for both local and global clients. 
  • Make recommendations on the best mix of budget allocation, targeting, and ad formats between advertising partners. 
  • Deliver insightful analyses that create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimisation. 
  • Post campaign reconciliation and analysis. 
  • Merchandising results on a regular basis. 

Experience Required 

We are looking for candidates who have… 

  • Strong organisational skills & attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in Excel 
  • Excellent communication skills, phone, email and face-to-face 
  • The ability to work as part of a team and learn from others. 
  • Good ability to work on your own initiative. 
  • Forward thinking, analytical and passionate 
  • A mature approach to work & building a long-term career. 
  • Interested in the dynamic and evolving digital advertising landscape. 
  • An ability to work under pressure and deliver against deadlines. 
  • Understands the role of media in the overall marketing mix & the role it plays for clients. 
  • An aptitude for numbers
