We’re hiring an Account Executive to work from our office in Dublin

Role Summary

Implement agreed account plans in order to deliver business value for clients. Deliver outstanding client service, innovative and ambitious client solutions collaborating with a broad team across dentsu Ireland to meet the objectives of both clients and the business. Provide support and assistance in managing clients’ business and keep day to day activities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Planning

  • Assist in writing the internal client brief once the strategy has been agreed by the AD and client. 
  • Assist in implementing and executing the communications planning process, working collaboratively with specialists to ensure the client brief is delivered upon by mobilising appropriate Dentsu resources.
  • Develop a strong understanding of all key specialist channels, incl. traditional and digital channels such as PPC, Display, Paid Social, and SEO.
  • Assist in projects, manage clients’ communications plans including timelines and budgets and communicate directly with the client as required.
  • Assist in creating and updating the composite media plan, ensuring media plans delivered by the specialists are accurate and reflect the overall strategy and translate the specialist plans into a composite plan.
  • Assist in the audit process.
  • Respond to ad hoc client queries, carry out ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Update and distribute weekly reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule client calls and meetings.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance to measure plans’ effectiveness, flagging issues to specialist teams where appropriate.

Client Management

  • Be the main point of contact and start to manage smaller clients from start to finish independently.
  • Send client team confirmation that campaigns are live.

Team

  • Support the team in assisting new joiners to learn the role and supporting with up-skilling as required.
  • Provide proactive support for the AM and AD on the team.

Operational Finance 

  • Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to our clients.
  • Ensure media plans match MX and invoices are accurate.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
