What You'll Do

You'll take full ownership of building and executing strategic sales plans for mid-market prospects across the DACH region, creating your own pipeline through strategic thinking, with a structured and tenacious approach. With autonomy to make decisions and follow your instincts, you'll master the art of navigating complex organizational structures to engage multiple stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers. This Role Requires

  • Proven track record in SaaS or solution sales with measurable results and a clear ambition to achieve more.
  • High drive with strong commercial instincts.

  • Strong prospecting drive with creative pipeline generation skills. 
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Fluency in both English and German to effectively serve our DACH market.
