This position offers an exceptional career opportunity and a launchpad for an ambitious PR professional to join an ambitious team working across a portfolio of leading Irish and international brand names. In this role, you will master the fundamentals of earned-first creative communications, social & influence, experiential campaigns and integrated execution.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a confident, curious, and capable communications professional, ideally with at least one year’s PR agency or sector experience, who is eager to manage a portfolio of consumer client work with increasing independence and sound judgment.

Salary: Market-related, reflecting the position, level of experience required, and each candidate’s individual skillset and capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creator & Media Relations: Build and maintain strong working relationships across content creators, influencers and industry contacts.
  • Campaign & Experiential Execution: Organise and execute campaign logistics including photography, videography, brand events, press trips and experiential activations from concept through to delivery.
  • Supplier Liaison: Act as a reliable point of contact between clients and suppliers (designers, photographers, production teams, talent agents, etc.).
  • Digital & Social Fluency: Leverage a strong understanding of the social media landscape to deliver creative, tangible outcomes for client campaigns across digital channels.
  • Network Integration & Innovation: Stay curious about the wider WPP/Ogilvy network, actively engaging in AI upskilling and leveraging WPP Open AI platforms and global network resources to benefit WH clients.
  • Business Development & Pitching: Contribute to new business pitches and annual client presentations, using these opportunities to continuously develop your presentation skills.
  • Workload Management: Demonstrate strong organisational skills by taking ownership of daily tasks, meeting deadlines and supporting budget estimation and supplier negotiations.
  • Initiative & Collaboration: Work collaboratively within account teams, showing sound judgment and problem-solving initiative while knowing when to escalate issues and seek senior guidance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Early-career PR agency experience (ideally 1+ years within consumer, brand or culture sectors).
  • Digital & Social Savvy: Naturally digitally minded with a passion for creator culture, emerging media, social platforms and AI tools for PR.
  • Organisational Excellence: Highly detail-oriented and adept at prioritising and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented approach with sound judgment, accountability and a collaborative spirit.
  • Communication: Personable and persuasive verbal and written communication skills for building effective relationships with clients, creators, media and internal teams.
  • Growth Orientation: Eagerness to learn about campaign measurement, impact evaluation, and continuous professional development.
