About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will be instrumental in fostering client relationships, driving new business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the commercial insurance space. What You’ll Do
- Drive new business growth by managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts, with a focus on accounts exceeding $10,000 in premium.
- Establish trust and rapport with clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Implement proactive strategies to maintain client satisfaction and ensure long-term retention.
- Develop detailed and compelling presentations for insurers and prospects to secure competitive insurance programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients while efficiently responding to internal leads.
- Address client concerns with innovative solutions, ensuring quick resolution and satisfaction.
What You’ll Need for Success
- RIBO License or ability to obtain in short order
- Proven Sales Ability: A demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets while fostering trust and long-term client relationships.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial insurance products, industry trends, and competitor dynamics.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex insurance products and policies for clients in an engaging and professional manner.
- Resilience and Motivation: High energy, self-driven, and motivated to thrive in a competitive environment.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying client challenges and presenting effective solutions.
- Insurance Industry Experience: Prior experience in commercial insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
