FY26 Intern | Finance Intern

Order Management serves as a core business partner within the finance organisation focused on the analysis of data from several sources and the development of scalable solutions to ensure accurate booking and reporting of revenue. We provide world-class support to our customers through collaboration across the organization. Our team promotes a dynamic culture, fostering personal growth and career development. 

Internship Details 

Location: Dublin

Duration: 12 weeks  

Start date: 1st June 2026

End date: 31st August 2026

Eligibility: You’re currently an undergraduate pursuing your Bachelor's degree on your penultimate year of study, looking for a summer internship. Graduating 2027.

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week work from home 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Adobe’s Digital Media and Digital Experience software sales models for enterprise subscription and term licensing programs. 

  • Provide primary support for rest of world channel & enterprise accounts, including email and phone support, returns and credits processing, issue resolution and escalation management, order reviews & PO processing. 

  • Utilise SalesForce, Dynamics, and SAP (ECC, CC, and CI) to book enterprise opportunities and contracts for accurate downstream invoicing and revenue recognition using manual and semi-automated documented processes. 

  • Actively review sales pipeline and corresponding deal information to anticipate potential booking issues or negative customer experience impact and work to resolve them during the deal negotiation process. 

  • Conduct weekly reconciliations and other oversight activities to ensure accurate revenue booking/recording using SQL, Excel, Tableau and Power BI reports. 

  • Partner with the department’s cross-geo/organisational teams focused on data management, innovation, integration (acquisitions), and enablement to find opportunities to drive efficiencies through streamlining processes and system improvements. 

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal Adobe Departments (Deal Desk, Revenue Assurance, Sales ops, Credit, Legal, Sales, Product Delivery (Provisioning), Professional Services, Tax, Sales Finance, etc.), Enterprise Customers, and Partners. 

  • Support increased workload and additional hours when required-i.e., month/quarter-end. 

What's needed to succeed 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a numerate or business field 

  • Fluent business English (written and spoken) 

  • You are meticulous, committed, adaptable, inquisitive, creative, respectful, collaborative, and confident. 

  • knowledge or some experience with information management tools - SAP (ECC, CC), salesforce, SharePoint, or similar analytical and information management applications. 

  • Critical thinking, ability to analyse complex deals, make decisions, and problem solve

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented communication skills

  • Excellent time management, able to analyse workload and prioritise time based on changing priorities. 

  • Someone with growth mindset, adaptability, verbal and written communication skills
