About your role:

Fiserv’s Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Financial Tech and unique to you!

We are looking for university graduates with drive, and an evolving target for their careers. The best and brightest are the firm’s future, a pipeline of top talent for positions in critical functional areas across the firm. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered during the program, with the opportunity to advance within the firm upon successful completion. Fiserv Analysts will have a target start date of June 2026 depending on your availability. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

As a participant in the Corporate Graduate Programme, you will engage in challenging projects with the potential for a significant impact on the business. This hands-on experience will not only contribute to the FinTech industry but also enhance the skills necessary for leadership. The program offers a structured training curriculum, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and exposure to senior leadership. Successful completion of the two-year program opens avenues for advancement within our company.

  • Start date: July (2 year programme)

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)

  • Location: Dublin or Nenagh (office based)

  • Salary: £40,000

The Graduate Trainee role is designed for recent graduates who are looking to kickstart their careers in the financial services and technology industry. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the various functions within Fiserv.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.

  • Analyse data and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making.

  • Participate in training programs designed to develop technical and soft skills.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client experiences.

  • Support day-to-day operations while learning about the financial services landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Be a recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • A proactive approach to learning and seeking new challenges.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Familiarity with technology and an interest in innovation in financial services is a plus.
