As an intern in the EMEA Chief Administrative Office (CAO), you will work closely with senior leaders across the Investment Management EMEA business to support the execution of EMEA‑wide priorities. This is a high‑visibility role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, strategic thinking and working at the centre of a dynamic organisation. You will support initiatives spanning business strategy, governance, employee engagement, communications, and talent programmes, acting as a point of coordination across the region and functions. We are looking for someone who is organised, thoughtful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

Our 12-month Internship Program is designed for high potential students like you, placing you in our most impactful roles and preparing you for future success. From day one, you will experience a collaborative and dynamic company culture.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and delivery of EMEA Executive Committee meetings, including agenda planning, preparation of meeting materials, and follow‑up actions.
  • Partner with the EMEA Employee Engagement Committee to help deliver regional engagement and talent initiatives.
  • Support the EMEA New Hire Orientation Programme, helping ensure a consistent and high‑quality program experience.
  • Support EMEA strategic planning activities and initiatives.
  • Contribute to EMEA Townhalls, leadership forums, and learning series, supporting planning, content development, and execution.
  • Assist with governance activities, including regional coordination for Board and regulatory‑related requests.

Program dates: 31 August 2026 – 30 August 2027

You must be available to participate in the program in person in the Republic of Ireland, starting from day one and for its full duration. Additionally, you are required to work from the office 4 days a week.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are third‑year undergraduate students (penultimate year) studying Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, well‑structured work
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally
  • Are comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Can adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Enjoy working with senior stakeholders and across multiple teams
  • Have the ability to simplify complex topics and present information clearly

What happens next?

Our recruitment team will review applications on a rolling basis. Selected candidates will be invited to a phone screening, followed by a final‑round interview (virtual or in person).
