Provides second-tier IT service desk support across applications, hardware, operating systems, mobile devices, printers, and audiovisual equipment. Resolves incidents and service requests, supports users remotely and onsite, maintains accurate ticket records, mitigates service disruptions, and helps meet service-level targets. The role also backs up the first-line service desk and operates within ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, and SOX-compliant environments.

Supervise construction activities across water and wastewater treatment projects, coordinating site operatives, subcontractors, engineering teams, and clients. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and budget requirements. Responsibilities include audits, inductions, toolbox talks, equipment installation and commissioning oversight, progress monitoring, incident investigations, reporting, risk management, and site coordination. The supervisor also provides cover for the Construction Site Manager and supports Veolia’s management systems and improvement initiatives.

Lead development and delivery of VPP and DS3 services, manage daily operations of Demand Side Units, oversee client accounts, perform investment-grade audits and revenue modelling, support project origination, tendering, implementation and CHP/storage project development, and manage a small technical team.

Lead energy and utilities operations across 30+ client sites in Ireland, ensuring 24/7 service delivery, regulatory compliance, safety, and P&L performance. Manage ~350 indirect reports, client relationships, business development, sustainability initiatives, M&A participation, and long-term growth strategy across pharmaceutical and industrial sectors.
