Manage day-to-day dispensary operations, including stock purchasing/ordering, merchandising, date checking and stocktaking; ensure controlled drugs compliance and pharmacy presentation; drive dispensary business and deliver excellent customer service while working independently under pressure.

Support the Managing Pharmacist in running a busy community dispensary: ensure regulatory compliance, dispense medicines, maintain records and stock, supervise staff when required, provide OTC and clinical advice, participate in public health initiatives (e.g., vaccinations), support retail operations, and contribute to training and customer-focused services.

Provide day-to-day dispensary management, stock control, controlled drugs compliance, and pharmacy presentation. Lead dispensing operations, support customer service, drive dispensary business, and ensure regulatory and merchandising standards are met.

The Business Development Executive will drive sales by engaging pharmacy customers, achieving targets, training store staff, and providing post-sale support.
