Provide strategic commercial and privacy legal counsel to go-to-market teams; negotiate and close complex agreements (MSAs, SaaS, PaaS, SOWs, public sector); design scalable contracting frameworks; lead privacy integration into commercial deals; mentor junior lawyers; advise on AI governance and cross-border regulatory issues; develop training and foster relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.
