Build and operate Typeform’s internal AI Operations capability for R&D. Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, discover workflows, design and deliver AI-native solutions, and manage their lifecycle after launch. Responsibilities include improving enterprise AI tools, coordinating access and governance, evaluating reliability and security, supporting automations and agents, measuring adoption and value, and partnering with Product, Engineering, IT, InfoSec, Finance, and other teams.

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, internal tooling, infrastructure, and CI/CD workflows supporting Typeform’s product development ecosystem. Improve monorepo scalability, release automation, documentation, observability, developer experience, and shared frontend tooling. Collaborate with engineers and designers, support adoption of platform services, contribute to testing and deployments, and participate in architecture discussions.

Own and scale Typeform’s Agency Partner Program by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and growing agency relationships. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, package Typeform and Research Flow into client services, manage program objectives, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Partner Operations. Develop scalable segmentation, incentives, reporting, campaigns, and partner success processes.

Lead global accounting and controlling operations, oversee month/quarter/year-end close, strengthen controls and compliance (IFRS), manage multi-entity accounting, indirect tax, transfer pricing, audits, and drive finance transformation, automation, and ERP optimization while developing the accounting team and partnering with senior leadership.

Lead and execute paid acquisition across TikTok, YouTube, Google Performance Max and display. Manage six-figure monthly budgets, build multichannel strategies, develop and brief creative, run A/B tests, explore new channels (audio, CTV), and own measurement using MMM and incrementality to optimize CAC and LTV while collaborating across Product, Creative, Data and Finance.

Own and maintain finance systems and integrations (Chargebee, Avalara, payment gateways, NetSuite, Pigment), manage API interfaces and audit logs, enforce access controls and policies, troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders, and train finance staff.

Manage Enterprise customers to drive activation, adoption, retention and expansion. Provide product training, monitor usage and customer health, mitigate risk, negotiate renewals, deliver account reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and inform product and content development.
