Leads second-line risk management for a regulated payments fintech. Responsibilities include facilitating RCSAs, maintaining risk registers, testing controls, tracking remediation, conducting change and product risk assessments, performing scenario analysis and stress testing, and preparing board and regulatory reporting. The role also manages safeguarding, vendor, customer, credit, exposure, threshold, and limit risks across multiple jurisdictions.

Owns finance, financial reporting, customer-fund safeguarding, regulatory reporting, and financial controls for TrueLayer Ireland. Serves as PCF-11 accountable to the Central Bank of Ireland, Board, auditors, and safeguarding partners. Leads statutory audits, capital and liquidity monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and Board reporting while partnering with Group Finance. The role also drives AI-assisted automation of reconciliations, reporting, and audit processes with appropriate oversight.
