Lead and technical-own UK and EU regulatory reporting: automate end-to-end workflows, map transactional and non-transactional data to regulatory outputs, manage submissions, maintain audit trails, produce MI dashboards, and liaise between Compliance, Product and Data to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting.

Run and maintain the compliance assurance and internal controls testing programme. Perform testing, walkthroughs and sample reviews; identify control weaknesses and regulatory gaps; update policies, deliver training, support regulatory change and reporting, and advise stakeholders while collaborating with Legal, Financial Crime and Policy teams.
