Manage clinic operations, sales performance, team development, customer service, compliance, reporting, employee relations, rostering, and leave management. Lead weekly one-to-one meetings, mentor staff, uphold clinic procedures, and ensure consistently excellent client experiences while supporting commercial targets.

Provides advanced skin, body, and laser treatments; conducts client consultations; recommends suitable services and products; works toward sales targets; maintains accurate pre- and post-treatment records; and cleans and maintains treatment equipment. The role emphasizes high-quality client experiences, teamwork, attention to detail, and ongoing professional development.
