Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation, build and forecast pipeline in HubSpot, conduct demos, and develop omnichannel outreach. Fluency in German or French is required to support EMEA growth.

Generate and qualify demand through high-volume phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Conduct discovery conversations and product demonstrations, maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot, develop account strategies, achieve sales targets, attend industry events, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Build pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, execute omnichannel outreach, deliver tailored demos, qualify leads with marketing and BDR teams, expand existing accounts, represent Stuut at industry events, and share customer insights with Product and Marketing.

Own customer onboarding and implementations, integrate Stuut with ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce), write production-quality code and automations, collaborate with Sales and Product, build documentation and internal tools, and travel to client sites to deploy solutions and gather product feedback.
