Own and run Strava's end-to-end global payroll for US and EMEA, lead a distributed payroll team, build SOX-ready controls and documentation, manage payroll vendors and system implementations, handle payroll implications of equity and IPO, partner with GL/Finance/People/Legal, deliver operations reporting, and drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements.

Owns and manages the global Accounts Payable (AP) function, leading the AP team, managing invoice processing, procurement transformations, and ensuring SOX compliance.
