Lead ownership of major backend subsystems, design scalable APIs and architectures, improve reliability, mentor engineers, drive cross-team technical initiatives, contribute hands-on to codebase, and support production stability and CI/CD practices.

Create and maintain developer-focused documentation, tutorials, API docs, and code samples for Storyblok. Collaborate with engineering and product teams, mentor teammates, resolve blockers, and continuously improve documentation quality and developer experience.

Design and produce motion graphics, animated product demos, and video assets. Develop and maintain a scalable video design system and templates. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and external vendors to create on-brand videos for launches, webinars, social, and developer content, applying animation principles and visual storytelling.
