Lead research, design, and production deployment of computer vision and ML solutions. Define architectures, run experiments, own model lifecycle, improve model quality, enable MLOps, mentor engineers, and integrate CV features into production systems.

Lead design, research, and productionization of NLP and LLM capabilities (NER, classification, generation, semantic search, RAG/GraphRAG). Build experiments, prototypes, evaluation metrics, and integrate models into production workflows while collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams.

Manage supplier qualification and onboarding, maintain accurate supplier records in the ERP, monitor quarterly supplier KPIs, issue and track corrective actions, support ISO and customer audits, deliver process training, provide administrative Purchasing support, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supplier issues and ensure compliance.
