Architect and build an AI-native automation and orchestration toolchain (fusing traditional tools with foundation models), enable and mentor early adopter teams, standardize practices across departments, drive infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD adoption, contribute to the IT/Sec operating system, and champion cross-departmental adoption of automation and AI platforms.

Lead architecture and build an automation and AI-native toolchain (fusing traditional automation with agentic workflows), mentor teams, drive cross-department adoption, standardize practices, and evolve IT operations toward infrastructure-as-code and platform-first models.

Owns and develops business-critical identity and access management projects across the frontend and backend. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, permissions, UX optimization, observability, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, release strategies, code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-team collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Develop and maintain scalable fullstack software systems using Typescript, React, and Node. Collaborate on web application architecture and coach junior developers.

Lead end-to-end delivery for cross-service platform programs: sequencing work, surfacing risks, managing multi-team migrations, driving adoption of shared capabilities, and establishing delivery health metrics. Partner with product, engineering, and GTM to ensure customer-facing rollouts land cleanly and predictably.

Build core AI platform capabilities (agent runtimes, model routing, tool registries) and production-grade services and tooling using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and React. Develop reusable AI infrastructure, work with LLMs and LangChain/LangGraph, and own features end-to-end to enable secure, scalable AI across the company.

Lead portfolio-level product marketing: define category narrative and messaging, set GTM and tiered launch framework, deliver market and competitive intelligence, oversee flagship launches, and manage a team of senior PMMs to drive commercial impact.
