Own a defined product surface, become an expert on agent behavior and integrations, diagnose issues, run a support queue as product research, feed prioritized customer insights to PMs, create enablement (docs, webinars, demos), support sales, and perform market research to shape roadmap and deployments.

Own end-to-end full-stack features and systems (frontend, backend, infra). Ship reliable, high-performance, scalable microservices and LLM-powered customer workflows on AWS, partner with product, make architectural decisions, improve CI/CD and infrastructure, and mentor peers.

Own and resolve production customer issues end-to-end: debug integrations, browser JS, agents and prompts, and database issues. Communicate directly with customers, build automation and runbooks to prevent recurrence, surface recurring patterns to Product, and raise team capability through tools and documentation.

Lead day-to-day engineering execution for Channels and Analytics: run 1:1s, maintain delivery cadence, unblock engineers, manage backlogs, write technical debt plans, improve developer experience, and coach senior engineers. Share operational ownership with existing Engineering Manager and support hiring loops and security/compliance work.
