The Product Manager will own and develop AI agent capabilities, manage integrations, and facilitate customer onboarding, ensuring product effectiveness and adoption.

Own a defined product surface, become an expert on agent behavior and integrations, diagnose issues, run a support queue as product research, feed prioritized customer insights to PMs, create enablement (docs, webinars, demos), support sales, and perform market research to shape roadmap and deployments.

The Head of Education & Community at Siena is responsible for developing product education, onboarding programs, community events, and market education resources. This role involves creating curricula, conducting workshops, and supporting sales with training and demos while leveraging AI for teaching efficiency.

Own commercial relationships for a portfolio of Growth and Strategic consumer-brand accounts: drive renewals, expansion, executive relationships, and net dollar retention. Build account plans, map stakeholders, run QBRs and in-person workshops, quantify ROI with data, collaborate with deployment strategists, and translate customer problems into execution plans while applying deep product and AI knowledge.

Lead day-to-day engineering execution for Channels and Analytics: run 1:1s, maintain delivery cadence, unblock engineers, manage backlogs, write technical debt plans, improve developer experience, and coach senior engineers. Share operational ownership with existing Engineering Manager and support hiring loops and security/compliance work.
