Provide practical, risk-aware commercial and data protection legal advice for fintech/payments business in Europe. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, support sales in deal structuring, advise on GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA compliance, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop templates, policies and training materials.

Lead and localize marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal, drive brand awareness and demand generation, create localized content and campaigns, support events and PR, align with sales and product marketing, enable resellers with localized materials, manage budget and KPIs, and monitor market trends to optimize ROI.

Drive sales and expand revenue within strategic merchant and partner accounts for online and e-commerce payments. Manage relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, oversee onboarding and integrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead strategic projects to retain and grow share-of-wallet.

Lead business development for Crypto and Forex verticals: generate leads, build pipeline, close deals, manage accounts, support onboarding, inform product and partner choices, and represent the team at industry events (in-person and online).

The role involves driving sales and business expansion, cultivating leads, managing project integration, and representing the company at industry events.
