Lead technical pre-sales for enterprise ServiceNow solutions across a portfolio in Ireland. Engage C-suite, run demos, design solutions, respond to RFPs, support POCs, and collaborate with sales and professional services to drive deals and transitions.

Drive net-new logo acquisition by targeting and closing prospective enterprise accounts in Greece. Build territory plans, execute prospecting campaigns, apply sales strategy, orchestrate account transitions to Account Management, and meet new-revenue targets while traveling to engage customers.

Drive new business and expand existing accounts via strategic inside sales (phone/video). Meet quota, generate pipeline, follow Value Selling, collaborate with specialists, mentor peers, and track KPI/forecasting. Occasional travel for training/meetings.

Serve as the primary security contact for internal and external stakeholders: triage, investigate, and resolve platform security incidents, communicate with customers, improve security processes, create documentation and training, develop AI automation solutions, and participate in on-call rotations across time zones.
