Owns monthly sales commission and incentive calculation cycles, including source-data validation, discrepancy resolution, reconciliations, accrual support, payment-file approval, audit documentation, and Xactly Incent administration. Leads annual compensation-plan implementation, manages plan letters, produces attainment and commission reporting, and explains compensation statements to employees and managers. Partners with Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Legal, and auditors.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships throughout onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Develop success plans, monitor customer health and retention, conduct training and health checks, gather product feedback, manage escalations, and identify upsell opportunities. The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, including identity security, cloud security, threat frameworks, compliance, and Active Directory or Entra ID vulnerabilities. Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Technical Delivery teams to drive customer outcomes.
