Define model strategy, lead fine-tuning, post-training, evaluation, and inference optimization initiatives, and establish company-wide AI engineering standards. Remain hands-on with model, training, and inference code while mentoring senior technical talent, resolving complex trade-offs, and influencing product, platform, executive, and customer decisions.
