Own and build RaftLabs’ growth marketing function across its website, SaaS products, and client accounts. Develop growth strategies, lead SEO/AEO/GEO, content, outreach, backlink acquisition, analytics, experimentation, conversion optimization, and reporting. Build and manage a marketing team, create repeatable client-service systems, and connect marketing activity to traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue. The role requires significant autonomy, strategic ownership, client-facing experience, and daily use of AI tools.

Own product discovery, requirements definition, specifications, scope, prioritization, client communication, and delivery coordination for custom software projects. The role translates ambiguous client needs into actionable BRDs, user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria while managing timelines, risks, blockers, change requests, and stakeholder expectations. It also supports pre-sales scoping and requires daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Build, test, maintain, and deploy scalable web applications using Node.js and React. Develop RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, collaborate with product, design, and QA teams, participate in code reviews, optimize performance, and support production issues. The role requires strong JavaScript, web development, authentication, API security, version control, and database experience.
