Build, deploy, and support cloud-based full-stack solutions for Qualio’s quality and compliance platform. Collaborate with product managers, customer success, architects, and engineering teams to design reliable features. Apply test-driven development, clean code, CI/CD, Agile, DevSecOps, event-driven architecture, data management, and infrastructure-as-code practices. Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, and prototyping while contributing to architecture and code reviews.

Manage and grow a B2B SaaS customer portfolio by driving renewals, expansion revenue, product adoption, account planning, and customer advocacy. Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships, conduct customer meetings, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales. The role also includes reactive support, account management, and some project management in a fully remote environment.

As a Full Stack Engineer at Qualio, you will collaborate on designing and delivering robust cloud solutions, primarily using Python and AWS, while applying best engineering practices.

Lead and grow hands-on engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable B2B SaaS products. Drive product strategy execution, set engineering standards, remove roadblocks, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze product data, and work directly with customers to inform product improvements.
