Responsibilities include data cleansing, deduplication, routing, ownership, lifecycle workflows, renewals automation, marketing campaigns, lead enrichment and scoring, integrations, dashboards, and documentation. The role ensures reliable automation, accurate reporting, effective marketing-to-sales handoffs, and HubSpot’s position as the GTM single source of truth.
