Lead and build a new China-based engineering team supporting global floorcare technology development. Plan and coordinate CAD, simulation, and documentation tasks; ensure high-quality deliverables; act as operational link to global Technology Development; support cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement.

Lead development and execution of test strategies, design and validate test fixtures and procedures, run performance/reliability/environmental tests, analyze failures, produce test reports, drive CAPA, mentor junior engineers, and manage test equipment and lab compliance.

Develop high-quality 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for floorcare modules, support concept development, DFM, prototyping, testing collaboration, and maintain documentation, BOMs and design standards to ensure consistent, manufacturable mechanical designs.

Lead structural design for new floor-cleaning machines (NPD/NSD), manage and develop the structure design team, coordinate cross-functional development from concept to mass production, resolve technical issues, review drawings and test reports, and mentor team members to improve design and delivery capabilities.

Lead industrial design from concept to production for professional cleaning equipment. Produce sketches, prototypes and 3D CAD models, collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, sourcing and suppliers, support testing and industrialization, and ensure designs meet brand, durability and sustainability goals.

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for robotic products, identify and track defects, participate in requirements and design reviews, support software development, and assist field engineers resolving customer issues.

Design and integrate electrical and electromechanical systems for cleaning equipment, select and qualify components, produce technical documentation, resolve development issues, and support CE/CB/EMC/UL certification and project communication to meet delivery timelines.
