Lead development and evolution of the BNPL platform, translating business strategy into technical specifications, roadmaps, and delivery plans. Own end-to-end BNPL product and operations including merchant onboarding, checkout integration, credit decisioning, repayments, collections, reconciliation, reporting, and partner performance. Manage cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external partners to ensure scalability, compliance, and commercial success.

Design, build, and operate scalable Databricks data pipelines and Lakehouse data models using SQL, Python, and PySpark. Implement ELT/ETL and streaming patterns, data quality checks, Unity Catalog governance, performance optimization, monitoring, documentation, and operational support.
