Lead downstream technical operations for biologics manufacturing, oversee site readiness for new products, ensure cGMP compliance, drive technology transfers, continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), mentor technical teams, and manage quality systems including CAPA and investigations.

Lead design and execution of experiments to troubleshoot and optimize upstream bioprocesses (cell culture) using small-scale bioreactor models. Support process improvement, technology transfer, regulatory submissions, data analysis (DOE), and implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives in commercial manufacturing.

Provide global leadership for microbiological quality and sterility assurance across sterile, non-sterile, biologic, and vaccine manufacturing. Develop and deploy divisional quality standards, support sites as SME during inspections and investigations, lead cross-site initiatives, track quality metrics, and represent the company in external industry forums to drive GMP compliance and continuous improvement.
