The Staff/Lead Fullstack Engineer will enhance the Mimica Webapp by architecting scalable UI components, managing large datasets, and optimizing performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead front-end engineer on the Mapper Team building scalable data-visualization and real-time multi-user front-end features. Own end-to-end projects, contribute to architecture and processes, mentor peers, participate in hiring, and deliver high-performance, testable, maintainable UI code.

Design, build, and scale Node.js backend services for a MERN-based, real-time platform. Improve performance, reliability, and fault tolerance; design APIs and database schemas; collaborate on architecture, code reviews, and operational ownership. Mentor peers, contribute to hiring, and drive engineering standards.

Build, maintain, and operate Mimica’s multi-region Kubernetes platform (GKE/EKS), infrastructure-as-code, GitOps pipelines, and observability. Support engineering teams, triage incidents, migrate IaC to Crossplane, drive FinOps, and design BYOC/single-tenant access patterns while automating work with Python tooling.
