Manage month‑end and quarter‑end close across multiple legal entities, prepare and review journal entries, consolidations, reconciliations and statutory financials. Support auditors and tax advisors, perform management accounting, cash forecasting, impairment assessments and SOX compliance. Lead and develop a team of accountants, present financial results to stakeholders, and drive process improvements and reporting accuracy.

Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce variability, defects, cost and waste. Coach and train teams, implement Lean tools (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban), oversee site KPIs, facilitate root cause analysis and workshops, and drive standardized, sustainable process improvements across cross-functional teams.
