Own the Irish entity’s month-end close, management accounts, statutory reporting, tax filings, and Central Bank of Ireland regulatory submissions. Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, reconciliations, audit coordination, and process automation using NetSuite, Excel, and AI tools. Serve as deputy to the Head of Finance, provide commercial insight to senior leadership and the board, and build finance processes in a fast-growing regulated fintech environment.

Own user acquisition and community growth for the Nigeria–Europe corridor. Represent LemFi at events, build partnerships, run market-specific acquisition strategies using data and AI-assisted tools, and feed market insights into Product and Marketing. Travel frequently across European cities, manage local networks, negotiate growth-driving partnerships, and be accountable for acquisition targets and performance KPIs.
