Manage approximately 40 digital marketing agency and systems integrator partners across the Spanish region. Build trusted relationships, develop partner growth strategies, manage referrals and co-selling opportunities, articulate Klaviyo’s platform value, and help partners improve profitability. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams, operate against revenue goals, and travel across Spain, UKI, and Europe as needed.

Identify and prospect high-potential companies, develop messaging across channels, partner with Mid-Market Account Executives, generate sales opportunities, and share outbound best practices. The role requires fluent Italian and English, strong communication, goal orientation, attention to detail, and at least one year of work experience, preferably in a BDR role at a marketing technology company.

Build and operate foundational, security-critical platforms and cloud-native systems at scale. Automate infrastructure, reduce operational toil, define SLIs and SLOs, improve observability and incident response, perform capacity and performance analysis, and develop preventative reliability solutions. Participate in on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, technical design, and mentoring while collaborating with product, platform, and security engineering teams.

Design, build, and operate core platform services to improve availability, scalability, latency, and cost efficiency. Develop platform primitives (infra, databases, queuing), enable developer experience, and implement tooling for observability, self-healing, configuration-as-code, and cost optimization.

Own the full sales cycle to build Klaviyo's EMEA client base: qualify, demo, and close net-new MarTech SaaS deals, manage a high-volume pipeline, outbound to prospects, support and mentor peers, and drive long-term territory growth.
