Lead and build a Dublin-based SRE and Security Engineering organization responsible for platform availability, performance, automation, incident response, and GDPR compliance. Define strategy and roadmap, embed secure reliability across the SDLC, drive automation/self-service tooling, manage distributed teams, and lead security and reliability incident response and post-mortems.

Lead EMEA sales enablement strategy and roadmap, drive adoption of global programs, design rep development and onboarding, run needs analyses, deliver training and workshops, coach managers and AEs, partner with Product and Marketing for enablement content, measure enablement impact, and present results to sales leadership to drive growth.
