The Clinical Supply Chain Forecast Manager will drive supply forecasting for clinical programs, manage budget requirements, and ensure adequate clinical forecast estimates and supply continuity for studies, working with various cross-functional teams to align production and distribution needs.

Work weekend shifts in a GMP-regulated API manufacturing facility supporting upstream and downstream processes (synthesis, purification, lyophilisation). Execute production tasks, complete batch documentation, assist with equipment setup/troubleshooting, follow EHS and GMP, participate in SOP updates and continuous improvement, and rotate across functional areas.

Lead HR strategy for Ipsen's Dublin manufacturing site as a strategic partner to site leadership. Oversee organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession, employee relations, engagement, wellbeing, and HR operations. Drive cultural transformation, develop the HR team, collaborate with Centres of Excellence, and use people analytics to inform decisions. Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Provide day-to-day technical support and lifecycle management for control systems at a GMP API manufacturing site. Plan and deliver control system upgrades/projects, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA/batch systems, drive continuous improvement, manage change control/validation activities, and support OT on-call duties while ensuring compliance with GxP and EHS requirements.

Lead risk-based GCP/GCLP audits across internal and external partners, manage audit planning, execution, reporting and CAPA oversight, advise stakeholders and support inspections, coach and peer-review auditors, and collaborate globally within the audit team. Significant international travel required.
