Own the vision, roadmap, architecture, and hands-on delivery of IFS’s Internal Developer Platform. Build developer portals, service catalogs, self-service scaffolding, golden paths, CI/CD integrations, authentication, observability, and platform standards. Drive adoption through developer feedback, usage metrics, and DORA measurements while partnering across distributed engineering teams. This senior individual contributor role requires production Kubernetes experience, infrastructure depth, demonstrable production AI application delivery, and the ability to influence technical and product leaders.

Build and operate shared authentication and authorization platform capabilities across cloud, legacy, and lifecycle environments. Develop platform services, APIs, infrastructure code, automation, deployment pipelines, and self-service workflows. Operate Kubernetes-based systems in production with observability, testing, safe rollouts, recovery, and reliability practices. Apply OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, token management, permission models, tenant isolation, federation, and fine-grained authorization. Provide technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, standards, and engineering support.
