Manage direct-material supplier orders and delivery schedules to support on-time production while maintaining appropriate inventory and working-capital targets. Develop, test, integrate, and support robotic controls software for automated lift trucks in an embedded environment. Responsibilities include vehicle control communication, simulation, requirements development, software and electrical architecture, code and design reviews, supplier leadership, manufacturing support, and mentoring entry-level engineers. The role requires C/C++ development, robotics sensors and SLAM experience, embedded control systems, network communications, and MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow expertise. Occasional travel may be required.

Provides HR business partnership for a manufacturing plant, supporting recruitment, onboarding, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, union engagement, performance management, HR systems, budgeting, pay negotiations, and workforce analysis. Advises managers on policies, disciplinary matters, grievances, mediation, underperformance, legal responses, engagement, and development initiatives. Supports HR strategy, equality programs, and attraction and retention efforts.

Manage and grow sales within assigned major accounts for industrial lift trucks. Build dealer and customer relationships, execute account development strategies and contracts, manage orders from quote to installation, and meet unit sales, market share, and profitability targets.

Manage and grow UK national and pan‑European major accounts, drive revenue and pipeline, lead national tender bids, develop long‑term customer relationships, coordinate dealer and internal stakeholders, and close strategic, high‑value sales opportunities within the manufacturing/materials handling sector.
