Owns the full finance function for a growing e-commerce brand, including financial reporting, cash forecasting, budgeting, profitability improvement, process automation, SOP development, systems implementation, dashboards, and cross-functional financial planning. The role partners with executive leadership to scale financial operations and support sustainable growth.

Lead talent acquisition and people operations for a remote, contractor-centric company. Build scalable recruiting pipelines, run test projects and structured interviews, manage employer brand, design onboarding and performance systems, drive org design and workforce planning, and deliver hiring and people metrics to leadership.

Lead design and implementation of scalable people systems, workforce planning, performance and development frameworks, talent experience and retention programs, data-driven workforce insights, and partnerships with external providers to support Hadley Designs’ growth and culture.

Lead the development of people systems and strategies to support organizational growth. Responsible for talent attraction, development, retention, and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
